Volunteer Opportunities

Direct Financial Support:  Support the MFC financially or with donations of needed supplies.  

Reception:  Greet patients, manage paperwork.

Triage Nurse:  Triage patients, including those who come, but are not seen on a particular clinic day.

Provider:  Assess, treat patients as necessary and appropriate.

Clinical Coordinator:  Manage all activities on Clinic day, including oversight of volunteers, ensuring compliance with protocols concerning patient triage, care and paperwork.

Community Resources:  Connect people with available resources throughout the community.  

Medical Provider:  Licensed provider (MD, BO, NP, PA, ND, PT, DC, etc.).

Medical Assistant:  Assistant trained to directly assist providers at each Clinic.

Facilities/Operations Team:  Coordinate teams to set up, and take down before and after each Clinic.

Fundraising:  Develop strategies for long-term financial support for the clinic.

Marketing:  Develop strategies to increase community awareness. 

Volunteer Coordinator:  Schedule and train volunteers to ensure compliance with Clinic protocols.

Communications:  Update website, newsletters, news releases, etc.
